About us

This learning environment has been developed by Dr. Naoisé O’Reilly who has 8 years experience in 2nd and 3rd level education in both Ireland and the UK.

Naoisé has coordinated University Degree and Masters level programmes. She lectured at Southampton University and has been a Personal Tutor in a variety of subjects on the Junior Certificate, Leaving Certificate, O-Levels and A-Levels.

As a dyslexic herself, Naoisé has particular interest in small group led learning environments and the facilitation of students with different learning needs.

All the HomeWork Club teachers are young enthusiastic Honours University level graduates with experience in personal tutoring.

As group facilitation is key for the HomeWork Club all the teachers have completed a facilitator’s workshop aimed at enhancing small group lead session learning and creating positive learning environments.

My FacebookThis Workshop is run by Phil Kingston, who has a vast experience in group and educational facilitation. He is currently employed by the Abbey Theatre in Outreach Education.
